Tutor Jackets Fulfillment & Cancellation Policy

Tutor Jackets provides virtual, prepaid tutoring services delivered in hour-based packages (“batches”) that are scheduled and fulfilled throughout the academic semester. The following policies outline how services are delivered and managed.
Fulfillment Policy
- Tutoring services are prepaid and delivered in batches of hours.
- Credits are added to the client account within 24 hours of purchase.
- Session credits may be used at any time during the current academic semester.
- Credits do not roll over beyond the end of the semester unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- There are no contracts or subscription obligations — clients may purchase batches as needed (typically on a monthly or semesterly basis).
Cancellation Policy
- Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid deduction from the account.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the session) will result in the session being deducted from the client’s remaining balance.
- Clients may discontinue tutoring at any time following the completion of a prepaid batch. There is no commitment to continue beyond each purchased package.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are not issued for unused or partially used tutoring batches.
- Unused hours may be reassigned to a different subject or tutor within the same academic semester, subject to availability.
- If a client is unsatisfied with a tutor, Tutor Jackets will offer a replacement tutor for the remaining batch’s hours.
Shipping, Delivery & Returns
- Tutor Jackets offers digital tutoring services only. There are no physical products, and shipping or return policies do not apply.
